Questions & Answers…

Been dancing since: I was just a pup… since I was about 3.

Dance Experience: Trained in ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz, tap and Highland dancing, danced at various events including Irn-Bru Live and Loud.

Favourite style of dance: Ballet, street and hip-hop.

What advice would you give to aspiring dancers? Never give up! Believe in yourself and remember to always give 110%, no matter how good you are you can always be better.

Best advice ever given to me: Nothing in life is free, if you want something you have to go out, work hard and get it!

What I do to keep fit: Training with the Rockettes, going to boxing and dancing around my room, I'm trying to use the above statement as my motivation to achieve my Shakira-like six-pack!!

Three words that describe me are: Bubbly, loyal and blonde! (I have the occasional moment!)

I'm happiest when: I'm dancing, shaking my shimmy with my girlies, lying by the pool on holiday, shopping and spending time with people I care about.

My claim to fame is: Being in the Sun after the Rockettes audition with a big cheesy grin!

My most unusual job: Being a cheerleader!

If I had a different job I'd be: A surgeon… or a spy… or a popstar! It's too hard to pick!

My hobbies are: Dancing, horse riding, travelling, shopping.

Pets: None, but there will be trouble if I don't get a puppy of some sort this Christmas!

Most people don't know this about me: I've been horse riding since I was 10 and used to have a horse called Rosie.

My happiest moment was: I have couple! Graduating from Uni with a 2:1, passing my pharmacy pre-reg exam and becoming a Rockette!

My most embarrassing moment was: When I was in a really posh restaurant and my flip-flop got caught on the stair on the way back from the toilet, luckily it was just a stumble and I managed to disguise it by turning my walk into a casual jog, but next thing I know my other flip-flop gets caught and I'm lying on my face in front of a packed restaurant! Nice!!

I've never been able to: Walk by a shop with a sale on and not go in!

Things that really annoy me: Arrogant selfish people and also when you are on a night out and someone steps on your toe and it brings a tear to the eye!!!

Favourite food: Pizza and chocolate.

Favourite joke: "What do you give a sick budgie?" Tweetment!

Favourite movie: There are too many to pick just one! But I love Wedding Crashers, The Notebook and Dirty Dancing.

Favourite song: Brown-Eyed Girl (that's me!)

Favourite TV show: It was Friends but now it's 24, Jack Bauer is a legend!

Favourite location in Scotland: Glasgow city centre.

Favourite quote: "What's for you won't go past you!"

Favourite colour: Orange

Favourite flower: Red roses, lots of them!

Favourite perfume: Chanel Chance

Favourite colour of nail polish: At the moment it's brown!

Favourite sport: Apart from dancing it's horse riding.

Favourite chocolate bar: Galaxy Ripple… or Galaxy anything come to think of it!

Favourite cartoon character: Donkey from Shrek.

Favourite cake: Asda cornflake cakes mmmmmmmmm!

Favourite pizza topping: Vegetarian

Favourite Super Hero: It's got to be Superman.

If you could have a super-power for a day what would it be and how would you spend your day? I would be invisible so I could sneak about and find out what people really think!!

If you looked in the boot of my car you would find? Nothing because I am so neat and tidy! Haha! Actually it's so tiny you can only get two Asda bags in it at a push.

What ringtone do you have on your mobile phone at the moment? Sexy Back by Justin Timberlake.

What's your 'handbag essentials'? Mascara, bronzer, juicytubes lipgloss, phone and purse.

How many pairs of shoes do you own? I have no idea! I'm scared to count!

Heels or trainers? Heels

Favourite outfit? Black dress I wore to my 21st birthday party.

Fashion/beauty accessory you can't live without: Oh my goodness there are so many! But it would have to be straighteners, without them I look like a matted poodle!!

Hottest new fashion tip: Accessories are the way forward!

Biggest hair trauma: I used to have one of those fringes that you put a huge roller in and blast with hairspray until it was 6cm off my forehead and even a hurricane couldn't budge it!

Worst male fashion mistake: White socks and black shoes.

Worst chat-up line: "I seem to have lost my number, any chance I could have yours!"

If your life was made into a movie what would it be called and who would play you? Gemma from the Block played by Ms Lopez!

If you had to appear in a musical on Broadway which one would it be: Grease.

The person/people I most admire are: My family – they are always there for me and support me no matter what.

What is the best gift you have ever received? A trip to Milan for my 21st from my mum and dad.

Name two people you would like to have dinner with: Johnny Depp and the guy from Prison Break, yum yum!

My proudest accomplishment to date is: Getting my degree and becoming a Rockette.

What is the best thing about being a Rockettes Dancer? getting to dance all the time! We always have such a good laugh at training, but it's challenging too, trying to improve to become a better dancer.

What would you like to be doing in five years? I would love to still be part of the Rockettes and have travelled round Australia, have my own wee pharmacy, oh and have a puppy!
