Questions & Answers…

Been dancing since: I could walk! My parents have a video of me dancing in my grandparents living room when I was 3 and in my first ballet at 4… since then I just cant stop!

Dance Experience: I was a competitive gymnast for 5 years, an All-Star Cheerleader in High School, as well as dancer and cheerleader in College.

Favorite style of dance: Contemporary and Latin

What advice would you give to aspiring dancers? Practice, practice, practice… whenever you can, wherever you can!

Best advice ever given to me: What is for you wont go past you.

What is your earliest childhood memory? I can remember my Dad always taking me to the park to hang on the monkey bars. I think that started when I was around 9 months old.

What I do to keep fit: Dancing and gymnastics keep me in pretty good shape.

Three words that describe me are: Clumsy, helpful, and honest.

How would friends sum you up in one sentence? They would probably say that I am very quiet at first and then when they know me a little better I never shut up!

I'm happiest when: I'm with my family/friends, dancing, and performing.

My claim to fame is: Being a Rockette, of course!

My most unusual job: I used to peel shrimp… is that unusual?

If I had a different job I'd be: A food critic. I love FOOD!

My hobbies are: Dancing, cooking, traveling, spending time with family and friends.

Pets: I have one dog… a Border Collie Cross named Floyd :)

Most people don't know this about me: I am from Louisville, Kentucky USA and moved to Scotland in 2007.

What would your Gladiator name be? The Brookenator.

I've never been able to: Whistle… at this point, I think it may be hopeless.

Things that really annoy me: The sound of a nail file and snoring.

Favorite food: That's a toughie… In Scotland, I would go out for an Indian meal every day of the week… In America, it would be a fight between Taco Bell and Japanese.

Favorite joke: Don't have one.

Favorite movie: Twilight.

What song will definitely get you up on the dance floor? Poker Face - Lady Gaga.

What CD do you have in your car stereo at the moment? If I had a car I would probably be listening to Jay Z (went to his concert and he was amazing).

What was your favorite TV show as a child? I loved anything on the Disney Channel.

If you could have a walk on part in any TV show, what would it be? It would have to be Grey's Anatomy! What girl can resist McDreamy?

What is your feel good DVD that is guaranteed to cheer you up? Anything with Steve Martin… he cracks me up!

What would be your ideal weekend? It would probably be a weekend full of takeaways, movies, and junk food! Woohoo!

Favorite location in Scotland: I recently went to St. Andrews and I thought it was one of the neatest places I have ever been. I would most definitely like to go back there!

Favorite quote: It is what it is.

Favorite colour: Purple.

Favorite flower: I'm not really into flowers… but if I had to pick one it would be a hydrangea.

Favorite pizza topping: Pepperoni and Jalapenos

What's your signature dish? Lasagna or Fajitas.

What would your last meal be? You won't know what this is, however I would want to have my Mom's cube steak with mashed potatoes, fried apples, corn, green beans, and corn bread… and a tall glass of sweet iced tea. YUM YUM!

Favorite cartoon character: Spongebob Squarepants.

Favorite Super Hero: Don't have one.

What is your favorite word? It's actually two words… Yes (or No) Ma'am!

How would you spend £1million? First, I would do the sensible thing and pay all of my bills and mortgage and then go crazy and travel around the world!

If you were to be Prime Minister for the day, what law would you pass? I would reduce the workweek to three or even two days. The weekends just aren't long enough!

If you met God, what would you ask him? Could you please move the UK closer to the US? Thank you!

If aliens landed, what would you show them or teach them first? What do you mean, what would I show them? Are you crazy? I would be gone faster than you can blink your eyes!

If you could time travel to the past and the future; where would you visit and why? I would go back to the past, so that I could spend some more time with people that I miss.

If you could have a super-power for a day what would it be and how would you spend your day? I would want to be able to fly. This way I could get around easier and if I had the day off of work, I could fly over to America and see my family!

If you looked in the trunk of my car you would find? Safety boots, a jacket, and probably a bunch of CDs. Nothing exciting, I can assure you.

What ringtone do you have on your mobile phone at the moment? A cheapo one that was already on the phone.

What's your 'handbag essentials'? Lip gloss, lip gloss, lip gloss! And after that maybe my cell phone, keys, and money.

How many pairs of shoes do you own? About 15. That's not too bad, right?

Heels or trainers? Uggs.

Favorite outfit: Jeans, sweatshirt, Uggs, and a baseball cap!

You are stranded on a desert island; you can only take 3 items, what would they be and why?
1. Lip gloss - so that my lips would never be chapped.
2. My favorite yellow blanket - I can't sleep without a cover.
3. A TV with a built-in Sky box - I can't miss my shows even though I'm stranded.

Best beauty tip: Make sunscreen and moisturizer your best friend! I know that there isn't much sun in Scotland, however it helps to be prepared just in case!

Hottest new fashion tip: Boots with fringe… Love, love, love them!

Biggest hair trauma: I don't think there is enough room on this paper…

Worst male fashion mistake: Skinny jeans, denim shorts, and I don't really like it when boys wear flip-flops (it's just weird).

Who would you want as your lead man in your movie? I'll give you my top three in no particular order: Robert Pattinson (only if I could take the place of Bella in the next Twilight movie), Denzel Washington (he is amazing)… AND… the good ole Kentucky boy George Clooney (bet you didn't know he was from there!).

If you had to appear in a musical on Broadway which one would it be? Chicago. I love the music and the dancing.

The person/people I most admire are: My family. I wouldn't be the person that I am with out them and I appreciate everything that they have done and continue to do for me.

What is the best gift you have ever received? My parents gave me a beautiful necklace and a bracelet for my wedding. They were made from pieces of my Mom's jewelery that were given to her by my Father and Grandfather.

If your house was on fire, what objects would you save? Assuming my family and dog are safe… I would want to save all of my family pictures and videos along with any important items that I brought from America with me.

If you were on the run and had to change your name to ANYTHING at all, what would you choose? Bertha May Alice.

Who would your ideal car passengers be? Personally, I think it's best for everyone that I travel alone… this way I can sing as loud and as out of tune as I like!

What is the best thing about being a Rockettes Dancer? The very, very, very best thing about being a Rockette is performing. It is definitely not the only thing, but it's hard to top it!
