What is the Basketball Finals Weekend?
This is the weekend every basketball player in the country wants to be a part of and no sports fan should miss. The entire season's effort and ambition all comes down to two days of do-or-die, high-energy, high-flying hoops action.
This is the BIG ONE, One Weekend, Seven Games and Four Finals!
Saturday's line up includes the two BBL Championship playoff semi-finals – be there and see the players lay it all on the line as only the two winners return the next day for the Final. A men's lower divisional final completes the line up on Saturday.
Sunday is all about Champions as the four biggest games of the basketball calendar are all played in one adrenaline pumping afternoon of hoops action:
First in the line up, the Women's EBL Division 1 Final (11:00am), catch the top two women's sides in the UK as they battle it out. This game is followed by the Men's EBL Division 1 Final (1pm) and then the BBL Championship 3rd vs. 4th place playoff (3:15pm).
The action really hits fever pitch with the Main Event, the BBL Championship Playoff Final (5:30pm).
Simply expect to be entertained from the moment that you enter the Arena until your departure with our full supporting "cast" including the fabulous Rockettes, Foxy the Dunking Mascot and loads more besides.
Situated on the Arena Concourse will be a number of basketball merchandisers so why not pick up a new basketball or item of basketball clothing during your visit.
