PHEW… That's me just recovering from my first game on Sunday, what a day! All very exciting, but hard work at the same time.

Already 2 games into the season, so I had my fellow squad members to keep me right, which they did in their nice dulcet tones "LIZ OVER HERE… NOT THERE… HERE… TO THE RIGHT A BIT… TO THE LEFT… UP A BIT, DOWN A BIT", and that was me just trying to fit into my new uniform haha!!

Thinking of going out for my Halloween as a cheerleader, just so I can wear my uniform out and about! OK, so Sunday wasn't exactly the first time I've had it on… I've kinda tried it on every night since I got it 3 weeks ago, but don't tell Carole Anne! That reminds me, I must say to CA that my top's faulty, I don't have half as much padding in mine as Clayr D… that's not fair right??

So far so good for the Rocks, 2 games and 2 wins. I come along on Sunday and what happens…

AHEM, so you were there, so you know… we got beaten… am I a jinx???

I was REALLY nervous before the game, couldn't drive, (or had no petrol more like!) got Mags to pick me up (or Parker as I call her, as she picks me up A LOT!) headed over to Braehead to meet the rest of the gang, and a quick rehearsal which was by the way, QUICK!

Got through the first game, that's all I'm saying!!

REALLY REALLY enjoyed it, and had the pleasure of meeting quite a few of the fans which was great, the support is amazing and I can't wait until my next game. Practice, practice, practice from now until then, in fact I'm sitting in the splits as I write this, getting some funny looks from my work colleagues mind you… ho hum!

Hey, is it just me or is the Arena exceptionally warm! I'm going to take my thermometer with me next time coz I seemed to be the only one that looked as if I've been 'tango-ed' at the end of the game!!

5,6,7,8 "Gonnae get down and DIRRTY, it's about time for my arrival"!!!
