Robert obtained one of two full scholarships awarded each year to train at the prestigious Bird College in London.
He made his debut in London’s West End in the hit musical CATS playing Mr. Mistoffelees. After he was scouted by the producers of “The Great Dance” he left the show not only to choreograph, but to also dance the lead in a filmed version for Columbia Tristar.
On completion Robert performed in European tour of FAME. Following this he returned to London, he played the part of Antonio in "Dick Whittington - The Musical" working with renowned choreographer Gillian Lynne.
He has also performed in a wide variety of other events and productions including; The Brit Awards with Robbie Williams, The Generation Game, Saturday Night Fever, TV2 Sweden, Give Your Mate A Break, Stars in Your Eyes and the Royal Variety Performance.
Developing his interests in choreography, Robert became a guest teacher at Bird College of Theatre & Dance and the London Studio Centre. There he trained and developed the students to professional level. Moving towards choreography, he joined International Cruise Lines producing various shows.
Robert has also choreographed trade shows and promotions for TAG, Calvin Klein, Christian Dior and Elizabeth Emmanuel.
On returning to Glasgow, Robert founded Dancepoint in 2000 to provide dynamic dance, aerial and performance training for young dancers. He has gone onto create one of Scotland’s most successful dance schools and choreograph a number of hugely prolific dance acts, featuring in the finals of ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent and Sky’s Got To Dance including The Box, Fear of the Unknown and most recently, Dance Illusion.
Martin has over 25 years of teaching/choreographing experience. He trained in London at Bird College where he obtained a BA Honours Degree.
Martin has performed in West End, cruise ships, pantomimes and shows all over the UK. And with artists such as Girls Aloud and Charlotte Church just to name a few.
Martin is currently the jazz choreographer at The Dance School of Scotland, Royal Conservatoire and for Imagine Theatre Pantomime.
He now runs his very own dance school in the heart of Glasgow West End – House of Dance – where he has successfully lead his team to victory against competition from all over the UK.
Ashley has over 20 years experience in the dance industry. Ashley is the program owner and dance director at The Dream Centre.
Ashley has a wealth of experience and success in the Allstar Dance industry. She has coached and choreographed dancers to elite competition standard. Her teams have achieved numerous Regional, National and European titles.
She has completed her fourth consecutive year unbeaten in the UK, winning over 14 National Champion and Grand Champion titles, including back to back world bids since 2015.
In 2017, she took on the role as Team Scotland Jazz Coach and Choreographer. The team competed at ICU world championships in Florida and ranked Top 5 in the world.
Ashley is a Varsity trained Allstar cheerleading and dance Judge. Ashley judges nationally throughout the UK as well as speaking and delivering workshops at conferences and events. Ashley is a director of the Sportcheer UK board.
Her success in the Allstar industry has resulted in her being asked to develop dancers technical training across the world.
